Position Overview

We are seeking a structured and responsible Dispatch & Operations Support Coordinator to support daily trucking operations.

This role is primarily on-site and works closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Dispatch coordination and driver support
• Vehicle inspection, basic repair, and maintenance coordination
• Driver management and communication
• Payroll support and settlement processing for drivers
• Equipment and asset tracking support
• Customer and carrier communication support
• Operational data entry and reporting
• Record keeping and documentation management

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, trucking, dispatch, or field operations preferred
• Hands-on experience with vehicle inspection, basic repair, and maintenance is required
• Hazmat license preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong record management ability
• Bilingual in English and Korean required
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
