[General Affairs & Administration - Main Focus]
Office Management: Monitor and maintain office facilities, furniture, and supplies to ensure a professional
working environment.
Asset Inventory: Conduct regular audits of company assets (laptops, monitors, mobile devices, office
equipment) and manage the distribution/retrieval process.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external service providers for office maintenance, cleaning, pantry
supplies, and OA (Office Automation) services.
Document & Admin Support: Assist in managing corporate documents, business travel arrangements, and
company vehicle logs.
Event Coordination: Provide logistical support for internal meetings, workshops, and corporate events.
[Security & IT Support - Fundamental Backup]
Security Compliance: Conduct daily/weekly checks to ensure employees follow physical and information
security policies (e.g., clear desk policy, access card usage).
IT Helpdesk Support: Provide basic on-site IT support (PC setup, printer troubleshooting, software
installation) for MEA employees.
Security Monitoring: Monitor security tickets/logs as directed by HQ and report any anomalies or potential
risks (insider threats, data leakage) to the management.
Asset Security: Manage the lifecycle of IT assets from a security perspective, ensuring data is wiped from
retired devices.
HQ Communication: Support the implementation of security patches and updates as requested by Kia HQ

1. Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
2. Experience:
1–4 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or IT Support.
Experience in a multinational corporate environment (especially Korean companies) is preferred.
3. Languages:
Korean/English (Fluent)
Arabic (advantage)
4. Skills & Competencies:
Proactive Attitude: Strong willingness to handle diverse administrative tasks and support colleagues.
Basic IT Literacy: Comfortable with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing asset lists and security checklists.
Reliability: High level of integrity and work ethics, especially when handling sensitive security matters.
Communication: Clear and polite communication style for internal service and external vendor
management.
