We are seeking two motivated KPI Analysts / Data Analysts to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments to drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools using advanced Excel techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and improve business processes.
• Utilize CRM systems to extract relevant data for analysis and reporting.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support management in strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights from data analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KPIs and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and tools related to data analysis and KPI tracking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or KPI Analyst, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
• Experience with CRM systems and data extraction.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
