Krewe Member — Beignets and Brew

At Beignets and Brew, we bring a positive, youthful, fun vibe for guests stopping in for a quick pick-me-up or a place to relax with beignets, coffee, and beer/wine. As a Krewe Member , you create the first impression—through warm service and consistently great drinks.

What you’ll do

• Deliver top-tier customer service; handle questions, complaints, and special requests
• Monitor food and beverage quality and consistency
• Operate the POS confidently (refunds, discounts, gift cards, etc.)
• Work confidently at every station and support the team where needed
• Train and coach new Krewe members at each station
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
• Troubleshoot quickly and solve problems as they come up
• Serve as key holder for opening/closing responsibilities
• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver great customer service
• Make coffee drinks and properly operate/clean equipment
• Know the menu and help guests with dietary preferences/restrictions
• Prep/stock throughout the shift and keep stations sanitized
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Jump in on other tasks to support the team

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong communication (even during rushes)
• Able to learn quickly (new seasonal items year-round)
• Stand/walk for shifts; bend/lift/carry up to 30 lbs

Schedule

• Flexible Work Schedules

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
