KSA-002: Junior Management Consultant

As a Junior Management Consultant, you will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:

• Strategy Definition
• Operations Optimization
• Business Process Improvement (supply chain, corporate finance, procurement, warehouses, facility management, HR, IT, etc.)
• Project management
• Change management

You will be also in charge of administrative matters of the office: administrative documents, facility management, etc.

You will be based either at Pearls’ office in Riyadh or at client locations.

Qualifications:

• Good Engineering or business school (Top universities, KFUPM, KAUST, etc.)
• Ability to gather and analyze data effectively, critical thinking, understand and analyze complex problems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with completing individual tasks effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Arabic, English)
• Experience: 0-2 years maximum

Start date : as soon as possible

Languages : Both English and Arabic are mandatory
