Job Title: Customer Care Intern
Location: Riyadh - Roshan Front
Department: Customer Care KSA
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and updating order status using pre-prepared, non-sensitive reports.
- Support the team in preparing daily and weekly operational summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer care) for status follow-ups.
- Help maintain organized documentation and filing of operational records.
- Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Customer Care team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Business fluency in English and Arabic.
- Highly organized.
- Experience with and proficiency using SAP and the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Minimum education level: University (Bachelor's Degree).
- Completed a degree in English, Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to handle tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
