Job Title: Customer Care Intern

Location: Riyadh - Roshan Front

Department: Customer Care KSA

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in tracking and updating order status using pre-prepared, non-sensitive reports.
  • Support the team in preparing daily and weekly operational summaries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer care) for status follow-ups.
  • Help maintain organized documentation and filing of operational records.
  • Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal meetings.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Customer Care team.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Business fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Highly organized.
  • Experience with and proficiency using SAP and the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum education level: University (Bachelor's Degree).
  • Completed a degree in English, Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to handle tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
