KTI Ice Plant Maintenance Technician

• Conduct regular inspections of ice plant equipment, including refrigeration systems, compressors, and ice-making machinery, to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance, preventing downtime.
• The candidate must have prior experience in KTI Ice Plant and chiller system both.
• The candidate should have knowledge of commissioning and servicing of chiller and ice plant.
• The candidate should be multitasking in KTI
• The candidate should know maintenance, troubleshooting & operation of MEP Equipment.
• The candidate should have knowledge of maintenance of chiller water and domestic water pump and HVAC System.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn components, and cleaning equipment to extend the lifespan of machinery and enhance efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues within the ice plant, utilizing technical expertise and diagnostic tools to restore equipment functionality promptly.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems, ensuring all repairs meet safety standards and industry best practices, minimizing operational disruptions.
