Bonneville Equipment is growing, and we are looking for a skilled, motivated Kubota Tractor Service Technician to join our service team in Utah.

What You’ll Do
As a Kubota Tractor Service Technician, you will assemble, inspect, diagnose, service, customize, and repair Kubota tractors and related equipment. Your work will directly support our customers, our service department, and the reputation Bonneville Equipment has built in the marketplace.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, assembly, and service work on Kubota tractors and equipment.
- Complete work accurately, and efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality repairs that meet or exceed factory and dealership standards.
- Request required parts promptly once repair needs are identified.
- Keep the Service Writer or Service Manager informed of any additional work needed, delays, or changes to estimated completion times.
- Help ensure customers receive accurate and timely updates regarding their equipment.
- Assist with work orders, equipment testing, technical questions, and customer follow-up as needed.
- Complete required paperwork accurately after each job.
- Maintain current technical qualifications by completing required Kubota University training programs. All Bonneville Equipment technicians MUST be Kubota certified!
- Keep a clean, safe, efficient, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe shop environment.
- Return customer equipment cleaner than when it arrives whenever possible.
- Perform thorough repairs to reduce comebacks and repeat repairs.
- Handle any return repairs quickly, correctly, and professionally.

- Experience servicing tractors, compact equipment, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, diesel equipment, or similar machinery.

- A professional attitude and pride in representing Bonneville Equipment and Kubota.

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on technician role. The position requires the ability to move throughout the facility for most of the shift and regularly stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, grip, grasp, push, and pull.
The position may also require:
- Regular lifting of more than 50 pounds.
- Repetitive hand and finger movement.
- Climbing stairs or equipment.
- Reaching and lifting overhead.
- Infrequent seated work.
Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
