Kumon Assistant Instructor/ Teacher

Job Title: Kumon Assistant Instructor/Teacher ( Math & English)
*Location* : Akshaya Nagar
*Position*: Full-Time (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)

Part time : (12pm to 5pm) and (3pm to 7Pm )
*Weekly Offs*: Wednesdays and Sundays

*Job Summary*:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kumon Assistant Instructor to join our Akshaya Nagar center. In this role, you will support students in mastering the Kumon curriculum, assist in daily center operations, and maintain effective communication with students and parents. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about working with children.

*Key Responsibilities*:

• Guide and support students as they progress through the Kumon method.
• Monitor and record individual progress to tailor learning plans.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and material management.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and team members to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

*Qualifications*:

• Experience: 1–2 years
• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities; fluency in English
• Gender: Female candidates only

*Salary*: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
