AI & Innovation Focus

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to define use cases for GenAI-driven features.
• Translate AI capabilities into business value through user stories and product requirements.
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs (e.g., GenAI search results) for accuracy and relevance.
• Identify opportunities to integrate GenAI and automation into existing workflows.

Product Lifecycle Involvement

Conceptualization Phase:

• Conduct market and competitor analysis with a focus on AI trends.
• Facilitate workshops to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Define business value and success metrics for AI features.
• Draft functional and non-functional requirements, including AI model constraints.

Solution Design Phase:

• Create user journeys and story maps incorporating AI interactions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to visualize AI-assisted workflows.
• Define acceptance criteria for AI-generated content and recommendations.
• Prioritize backlog items with the Product Owner.

Development Phase:

• Ensure clear translation of AI-related requirements to development teams.
• Track development progress and validate AI integration.
• Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), especially for AI features.

Maintenance Phase:

• Gather user feedback on AI performance and usability.
• Refine backlog based on AI model improvements and user insights.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience writing INVEST-compliant user stories.
• Proven background in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience in Financial Services domain.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and concepts (e.g., prompt engineering, LLMs, AI validation).
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
