We are looking for an experienced L2 Production Support Lead with strong expertise in Java, UNIX/Linux, SQL, and scripting to join our team. This is a Remote Work from Home opportunity.

Role Summary:
As an L2 Production Support Lead, you will ensure high availability of business-critical applications, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor a team of 3–8 members. You will work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to maintain system stability and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and escalations promptly
• Perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for recurring issues
• Troubleshoot application-level issues in Java-based systems
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data-related issue resolution
• Manage and automate routine UNIX/Linux system tasks
• Participate in on-call rotation ensuring 24x7 support coverage
• Mentor and guide the team, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Identify types of bugs and provide quick coding fixes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7.5 – 9 years of experience in Production/Application Support roles
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Java (debugging, log analysis)
• Proficiency in SQL (queries, data analysis, performance tuning)
• Working experience with UNIX/Linux commands and scripting (Shell/Bash/Python)
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics) is a plus
• Ability to handle pressure and manage incidents independently
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Other Details:

• Location: Remote
• Shift Timings: 6 AM – 3 PM | 1 PM – 10 PM (monthly rotation)
• Team Size: 3–8 members to mentor and lead

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,300,000.00 per year
