Position Overview:

We’re seeking an L3 Technical Specialist (Microsoft Power Platform) to design, administer, and optimize enterprise-scale productivity solutions.

Primary skills: should include Microsoft Power Platform administration—Power Apps and Power Automate—along with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot administration (agents), Viva Suite, and modern workplace automation.

Secondary skills: Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration services including Exchange (on-prem and Exchange Online), Teams, SharePoint Online, Hybrid Active Directory (AD/Azure AD), Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), Microsoft Defender, Enterprise Vault, and Microsoft licensing.
