Lab Assistant

We are currently seeking a Lab Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Lab Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our lab operations and ensuring that all tasks are performed in accordance with safety standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and materials.
• Perform routine lab tests, record results, and analyze data.
• Ensure the lab environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Assist with the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Help in conducting experiments under supervision and document findings accurately.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and organize chemical solutions and reagents as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to senior lab staff.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and standard safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
