Lab assistant

About the Role:

Join Rainbow Transgenic Flies Inc as a Lab Assistant in Camarillo, CA, where you'll play a supportive and important role in the research lab.

Responsibilities:

Wash laboratory bottles, glassware, and dispose of biological waste according to regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing area
Follow basic laboratory cleaning procedures
Assist with other simple laboratory housekeeping tasks as needed

Requirements:

Reliable and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and effiently
No laboratory experience required; training will be provided

Schedule:

Approximately 6 hours per week
Flexible schedule (days and times can be arranged)
