Lab Assistant – Solar Inverter Repair (DAE Electrical)

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Lab Assistant – Solar Inverter Repair to support our technical team in diagnosing, testing, and repairing solar inverters. Fresh candidates with DAE in Electrical are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build hands-on experience in the solar energy sector.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in diagnosing faults in solar inverters (residential & commercial systems).
• Support in component-level troubleshooting (fuses, IGBTs, MOSFETs, capacitors, PCBs, etc.).
• Perform basic testing using multimeter, clamp meter, and other electrical tools.
• Help in repairing and replacing faulty components under supervision.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure tools are properly handled and stored.
• Record repair logs, testing results, and inventory usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical safety procedures.
• Assist in loading/unloading and organizing inverter units in the lab.
