Position Summary:
The Lab Courier is responsible for the timely pickup, transfer, and delivery of medical specimens and records between laboratories, practice offices, and clinics.
Hours are 3 - 4 hours daily from 4 PM - 8 PM, Monday - Friday
Essential Functions:
To perform effectively in this role, the candidate must fulfill the following duties with or without reasonable accommodations:

Operate a company vehicle during the shift across various roads and weather conditions.

Safely transport laboratory specimens, medical records, pharmacy items, interoffice mail, and other related materials in a timely and efficient manner.

Exhibit safe and courteous driving practices.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, ensuring positive interactions with patients, vendors, employees, and the public.

Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure the company vehicle remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
