Lab Grown Diamond Jewelry Sales Consultant

The Role

Guide customers through online lab-grown diamond jewelry purchases via chat, email, phone, and video calls. Educate clients on diamond quality, sustainability benefits, and help them select the perfect piece for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and convert online customers through consultative selling
• Explain lab-grown diamonds, the 4Cs, certifications, and our value proposition
• Maintain daily CRM updates with all customer interactions (mandatory)
• Execute systematic follow-ups and close sales effectively
• Build personal design references and response templates for quick communication
• Monitor competitor pricing and policies to strengthen customer conversations
• Meet monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years in jewelry/luxury retail or high-value online sales
• Fluent in Hindi and English—smooth communicator in both
• Strong knowledge of diamonds and gemstones (or willingness to learn)
• Proven sales closer with excellent convincing skills
• Disciplined with CRM management and follow-up systems
• Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable with remote work tools
