Lab Intern – Hands-On Role in Clean Beauty Manufacturing

This role is perfect for college students studying chemistry, biology, business, or related fields who want real-world lab and manufacturing experience.

We are growing fast and as we grow we are scoping out new lab techs to join our development team. During the internship, you will be exposed to development work as we actively work on products from a chemist perspective for a wide variety of cosmetic, dental, and OTC products. We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated interns who are looking to grow into our development team and meanwhile help support us as we keep up with current bulk orders!

Location: On-site
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (8am-4pm, 8am-12pm, or 12pm-4pm shifts available)
Compensation: Starting at $10/hr

Pure Earth Labs is hiring interns to join our lab team. This is a hands-on role supporting the production of real skincare and wellness products — ideal for those seeking experience in lab work, manufacturing, or agile product development.

What You’ll Do
Each shift, you’ll follow a clear, structured workflow, working alongside your team of fellow lab techs and chemists:

• Receive a Batch Assignment with Modern Software
• Includes a Batch Record, Manufacturing Order (MO) link, and Work ticket
• Compound the Formula
• Weigh, mix, and track materials according to SOPs
• Support QA & Documentation
• Assist with COA entries and update ticket/MO statuses to reflect progress

You’ll work side-by-side with our chemists and experienced lab techs — and contribute directly to our production pipeline.
