Position Overview
We are seeking a Lab Support Coordinator to oversee and manage daily laboratory support operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between researchers, technicians, and internal teams. The Lab Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining 2RMLab LLC’s reputation for excellence in laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory activities including scheduling, documentation, and operational support.
• Liaise with researchers, technicians, and clients to ensure efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, lab usage, and equipment performance.
• Support procurement, inventory management, and resource allocation activities.
• Prepare reports on lab operations and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Qatar’s laboratory safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in laboratory coordination, research support, or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory processes, safety protocols, and equipment management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and lab management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
