Lab Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, analyzing results, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests.
• Collect, prepare, and examine samples.
• Maintain proper records of all tests and results.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Support doctors and medical staff with diagnostic needs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience preferred.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
