Lab Technician

Job Description

As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, preparing samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate results to support doctors in patient diagnosis and treatment. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety standards, and a commitment to quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and analyze biological samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.).
• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests.
• Record and interpret test results accurately.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and laboratory safety protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and request stock as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow ethical practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
