We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our Laboratory Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine laboratory tests, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate reporting of results in compliance with hospital and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, stool, sputum, etc.) according to standard protocols.
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests using automated and manual methods.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results.
• Follow quality control procedures and document results appropriately
• Adhere to biosafety, infection control, and laboratory safety guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management of reagents, consumables, and supplies.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff for clarifications and test-related queries.
• Support internal and external audits, calibration verifications, and proficiency testing.
• Diploma / B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology tests.
• Ability to handle automated lab analyzers and manual techniques.
• Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and on-call duties when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹160,000.00 per month
