Lab Technician

Job Summary:

Dr. Aravinds IVF is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our fertility team. The candidate will assist in laboratory procedures, sample handling, and support IVF-related diagnostic activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, label, and process blood and other samples accurately
• Assist in IVF laboratory procedures as guided by senior embryologist/doctor
• Perform routine lab tests and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure proper sterilization and cleanliness of lab equipment
• Maintain lab inventory and report shortages
• Follow NABH and infection control protocols
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and OT staff

Qualification:

• DMLT / B.Sc MLT / Diploma in Lab Technology
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• IVF / Fertility centre experience is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
