Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory testing, analysis, and daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for sample preparation, operating laboratory instruments, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions as per standard procedures
• Perform routine laboratory tests and analysis
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Record test results accurately and maintain proper documentation
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
• Assist senior chemists/scientists in experiments and testing
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of chemicals and samples
• Support audits, calibration, and inventory management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and instruments
• Understanding of safety practices and lab compliance
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, reporting)

Educational Qualification

• BSc / MSc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
• Diploma in Laboratory Technology / Chemical Engineering
• ITI (Lab Assistant) for junior-level roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
