Lab Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support diagnostic services in our eye hospital. The role involves conducting laboratory tests accurately and ensuring timely reporting to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests as prescribed by doctors.
• Collect and handle blood and other samples safely and professionally.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper sterilization.
• Prepare and submit accurate test reports on time.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation and stock of lab consumables.
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for smooth patient care.

Requirements

• DMLT / BSc MLT qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience (hospital experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of lab procedures and safety standards.
• Responsible, organized, and patient-friendly approach.
