Lab Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team at Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient samples, performing routine diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring quality control standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and process blood, urine, and other clinical samples
• Perform routine tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology, and Clinical Pathology
• Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to quality control and safety protocols
• Assist in report preparation and coordination with doctors
• Monitor and manage laboratory inventory and consumables
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the lab

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: DMLT / BMLT
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply)
• Basic computer knowledge (Lab software & MS Office)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
