Lab Technician

Job Overview:
As a Laboratory Technician in our high complexity labs at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting scientific research and laboratory operations. You will be responsible for conducting various laboratory procedures, ensuring quality control measures are met, and contributing to the overall success of our laboratory.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize laboratory information management systems to record and track data accurately.
- Perform scientific research and experiments under the guidance of senior staff.
- Execute histology techniques and procedures as required.
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines to maintain compliance.
- Conduct laboratory procedures following established protocols.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Apply molecular biology techniques in experimental processes.
- Utilize mathematical skills for data analysis and interpretation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in veterinary terminology when necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in lab sciences.
- Prior experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with histology techniques and procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in conducting laboratory procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles in a laboratory environment.
- Experience with molecular biology techniques is advantageous.
- Proficient in mathematical calculations for data analysis purposes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions accurately.
