Lab Technician

Description:

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for development of products in laboratory environment
• Weigh, extrude, mill, grinding, and cleanup powder coating
• Spray test panels
• Perform laboratory tests using approved testing methods
• Document test results
• Adjust formulation based on trial and error methods
• Prepare customer samples and trials
• Growth and development opportunities within the department
• Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Manufacturing or Lab experience preferred but not required
• Good communication skills.
• Basic mathematic and written skills
• Math and color vision test required
