Cosmetic Formulators LLC is a small cosmetic R&D and manufacturing company that develops skincare, haircare, and personal care products for brands worldwide. We create everything in-house from concept to finished product, and every team member is a pivotal part of our company.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Lab Technician to join our team. Most of your time will be spent in the lab making and testing cosmetic samples, but you’ll also jump in to help with production when needed, including filling, labeling, and packaging. No cosmetic lab experience is required. We’ll train the right person who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Weigh and mix cosmetic samples

• Follow written formulas and record data

• Assist with batching, filling, and labeling

• Keep the lab clean and organized

• Help wherever needed since we’re a small team

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent, science background a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Positive attitude and willingness to help

• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (approximately 30–40 hours per week depending on workload)
