Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop labels for medical device finished goods meeting CFR 801, ISO 15223, EN980 regulations
• Proof and inspect labels created by other designers for regulatory compliance and accuracy
• Create label templates using Prisymedica software or similar label design systems
• Represent labeling team on cross-functional project teams
• Train business partners on labeling request processes and procedures
• Align label content with Instructions for Use (IFU) and packaging requirements
• Manage label stock vendors for new material creation and specifications
• Ensure label designs meet tight regulatory timelines for product registrations

Required Skills:

• Proven label design experience in medical devices/pharma with 5+ years of experience.
• Expertise in label design software (Prisymedica preferred)
• Strong understanding of FDA labeling regulations (CFR 801) and ISO standards
• Attention to detail with ability to work independently
• Excellent time management under tight deadlines
