Labeling Specialist

Duties

• Perform precise labeling of products, verifying labels against order specifications and quality standards
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure labeling accuracy and compliance with company protocols
• Implement quality control measures throughout the labeling process, identifying and addressing discrepancies promptly
• Maintain detailed records of labeling activities, including data collection on inspection results and process deviations
• Support quality assurance initiatives by participating in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with teams to optimize labeling workflows, reduce errors, and enhance overall quality systems
• Assist in training new team members on proper labeling procedures and quality management practices

Skills

• Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies quickly
• Experience with quality audits, control, assurance, and management within manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of quality systems such as QA/QC protocols and regulatory compliance standards
• Proficiency in data collection, documentation, and reporting related to quality inspection activities
• Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production settings while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality management tools, and inspection techniques
