About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated attorney to join our team. You’ll work alongside experienced attorneys, support real client cases, and receive the tools and guidance to build a strong legal foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and case evaluations
• Draft legal documents and client communications
• Assist in negotiations and mediations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
• Stay current with employment and labor law developments

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California Bar License (Required)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
