We are seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in the California. This role is vital in providing expert legal counsel on employment and labor laws, ensuring our clients navigate complex legal landscapes effectively. Responsibilities

' Provide expert legal advice on employment and labor law matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and related documents.
• Represent clients in employment disputes and litigation.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in compliance audits and policy development.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic solutions for employment issues.
• Stay updated on changes in employment legislation.
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Proven experience in employment and labor law.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent research and legal drafting abilities.
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
