Position: Laboratory Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our collaborative and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

· Take down assays following established protocols

· Prepare and make slides for analysis

· Perform Alamar Blue, MTT, ATP, and DISC assays

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date charts and laboratory records

· Prepare reagents and media as required for laboratory assays

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field

· Prior laboratory experience

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and protocols

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

· Excellent pipette skills

· Aseptic technique

Position Details

· Part-time position: 24 hours per week (mandatory Sunday and Monday, plus a flexible additional day)

· Potential to transition to full-time

· Hourly pay: $22–$28, based on experience

There will be a basic test to evaluate candidate’s proficiency in pipetting accuracy and aseptic technique.
