Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of packages and documents, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. This role requires strong driving skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards while on the road.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicle to transport goods to various locations.
• Load and unload packages, ensuring they are handled with care.
• Follow designated routes and schedules for efficient delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Use a smart phone app to track deliveries.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Courier or in a similar delivery driver role is preferred.
• Customer service experience is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation skills is beneficial.
