Hiring: Medical Laboratory Manager – UAE

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Laboratory Manager to oversee the daily operations of a medical laboratory in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of laboratory standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily laboratory operations
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of laboratory samples
• Ensure compliance with MOH / DHA / DOH regulations (as applicable)
• Oversee quality control and quality assurance procedures
• Supervise laboratory staff and manage duty schedules
• Prepare operational and performance reports
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Proven UAE experience in a medical laboratory within the UAE healthcare sector (managerial experience preferred)
• Experience in inventory management and procurement
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
