American Molecular Laboratories

American Molecular Laboratories is a dynamic medical laboratory and biotechnology company specializing in molecular assay research and development, as well as diagnostic testing services in infectious diseases and toxicology. We are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented Laboratory Technologists/Technicians to join our growing testing team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily specimen accessioning and analytical testing in accordance with established laboratory protocols
Execute routine quality control (QC) procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Perform maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation
Participate in proficiency testing programs and maintain accurate competency assessment records
Support method development and validation studies as needed
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables and reagents
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
Working knowledge of biological sample preparation, analysis, data interpretation, and reporting
Hands-on experience with molecular testing is strongly preferred
Flexibility to work day and evening shifts, including Saturday rotations
