Laborer – Commercial Construction

Location: Rapid City, SD
Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience and proven skills)
Schedule: Full-time | 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Perform commercial laborer tasks (concrete, forming, demolition, etc.)

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

• Represent SECO’s values on every job site

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of construction experience (commercial preferred)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable transportation to job sites or SECO’s office

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening
