Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be able to read and interpret the Job Travelers.

Understand most aspects of labor.

Understand the operation of typical types of labor equipment.

Able to organize their work area to best suit a safe and productive manufacturing environment.

Operate labor tools which may include brooms, forklifts, cranes and other equipment.

Perform shop mathematics associated with labor operations.

Perform inspection procedures to verify work.
-
May use a range of measurement devices as required.

Capable of performing labor processes typically acquired through 1-2 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or GED

Driver’s License

Computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.)

MS Word; MS Excel; MS Power Point; MS Outlook

Communication skills (Develop written communications requiring grammar skills; Interact with customers on an explanatory basis; interact with groups of people and co-workers; use of telephones, public address system; and oral communication)

Spelling and Reading skills (Basic instructional and technical information)
