Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves hands-on outdoor work assisting with landscaping installations, maintenance, and property improvements. The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape installations (planting, sod, mulch, rock, irrigation, edging, etc.)
• Perform lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing)
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• Dig trenches and prepare sites for irrigation and hardscape projects
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow instructions from crew leader or supervisor
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Provide respectful, professional interaction when clients are present

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred (not required; willing to train the right person)
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
