GridSource is seeking a Laborer/ Technician in the Portland OR area! WE WILL TRAIN!
$5000 SIGN ON BONUS!
What you will do:
Places buried Fiber or Copper drop cable to residence/business
Requires trenching, boring & hand digging of service cables
Working with computers and/or smart devices
Residential/business services
Ensure cable is buried successfully
Meets/exceeds quality expectations and standards
Ensure tools are in good working order
What you will need:
- Must have own vehicle (SUV/TRUCK) capable of securely storing materials and tools
- Landscape and/ or digging experience required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Must be able/willing to climb, crawl and pull
Must have basic tools (Shovel/trenching shovel, misc. hand tools)
Excellent customer service skills
Logical thinking skills

The employee is occasionally required to walk, use hands to fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job function include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
