Laborer

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks under all weather conditions, including but not limited to road maintenance, groundskeeping, building repairs, painting, sanitation activities, and snow plowing.

- Work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced and busy environment.

- Take pride in your work and contribute positively to community projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- CDL Class A preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must begin the process of obtaining their CDL license after the first year of employment.

- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
