Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general maintenance and grounds works of all facilities on property and the property itself. Perform maintenance with guidance from supervisor.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.

The starting rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL EFFORTS

The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.

Constant exposure to outdoor climates

Occasional: standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Frequent: sitting, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and with repetitive movement of fingers, legs, arms, and hands

Speech and Vision abilities are required
