High-end residential builder looking for a Laborer / Carpenter's Helper to work in lower Fairfield Country, CT. This role offers hands-on experience in a variety of construction projects, supporting skilled carpenters and tradespeople to build, repair, and restore structures. Whether working on framing or trim carpentry you'll gain valuable skills while contributing to high-quality craftsmanship. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the construction and restoration industry.

Pay will range from $18.00-$25.00 Per hour depending on experience.

Skills and Responsibilities
-Assist skilled carpenters and tradespeople with daily tasks on construction sites, including handling materials and tools.

-Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently.

-Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow on site. Load / Unload / Organize job site materials.

-Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Handle site prep, demolition, and daily cleanup.

-Must be able to communicate with carpenters and subcontractors.

-Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

-Must be punctual arriving to work.

-Must have own dependable transportation.

-Must have clean driving record.
