Job Summary

Heka Demolition LLC is hiring a dependable Demolition Laborer to assist with residential and commercial demolition projects throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors and in construction environments.

No prior demolition experience required — we will train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition using hand tools and power tools
• Remove, sort, and dispose of construction debris
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Set up job sites with safety barriers and dust control measures
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• Work as part of a crew and communicate with supervisors
• Travel to job sites throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs or more
• Construction or demolition experience is a plus, but not required
• Clean driving record preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass E-Verify employment verification

Physical Work Environment

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, squatting, lifting, and climbing
• Working on uneven surfaces and active construction sites
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including summer heat
