Pay: $13.00/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and versatile individuals to join our team in Wurtland, KY. This position combines general labor, basic lab support, and lawn care responsibilities. Ideal candidates are comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, can handle a variety of hands-on tasks, and take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and efficient work environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Operate lawn care equipment such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
• Assist with general labor tasks including material handling, cleanup, and site support
• Support basic lab-related duties such as sample handling, organization, and cleanup (training provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, equipment, and job sites
• Utilize basic computer skills for data entry or task tracking as needed
• Apply basic math skills for measurements, counting, and simple calculations
• Operate standard office equipment (computer, printer, copier, etc.) as needed
• Follow daily work instructions, schedules, and safety procedures
• Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials
• Report any equipment issues, hazards, or concerns to supervisors
• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• Must have experience operating zero-turn mowers (required)
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to different types of work
• Previous lawn care, general labor, or related experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge, math skills, and familiarity with office equipment preferred
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
