Job Title: Full-Time Landscape Installation Crew Member

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Landscape Installation Crew Member. In this role, you will assist in implementing landscape design projects, focusing on planting, site preparation, and ensuring that each project aligns with Lēʻahi Landscaping’s high standards for ecological stewardship and quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and installation of landscapes, including planting, mulching, grading, and other related tasks.
• Follow project plans and directions from the Installation Supervisor to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at job sites.
• Perform general labor as needed to support project completion.
• Work with native plants and materials to support biodiversity and ecological balance.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable and punctual with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and native plant ecology.
• Valid State ID and reliable transportation required.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, flexible schedule.
• Must be available for shifts on weekdays and occasional weekends.
