Laborer / Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting various operational functions, including materials handling, inventory management, and equipment operation. Duties

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other heavy equipment while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Support inventory control activities by stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare orders for shipping and receiving by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by properly storing materials, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound/outbound shipments.
• Support warehouse supervisor in daily operations including inventory management, materials handling, and ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations.

Skills

• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Mechanical knowledge related to packaging machinery, load & unload procedures, and materials handling tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock tracking and order fulfillment accuracy.
• Experience in shipping & receiving processes including order picking & packing for manufacturing or construction supplies.

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
