We are seeking a Entry-Level Career-Seeking individuals wanting to enter the Residential and Light Construction Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Pay INCREASE EVERY 80 HOURS WORKED the first 6 periods! , then future raises based on review of your efficiency and acquired skill level and responsibilities.

Raises will be contingent upon continuous on-time attendance, keeping accurate time cards, and finishing each day out as scheduled.

Standard Pay Period is every 2 weeks, with 1st period being withheld to allow time to calculate hours worked, apply taxes, and to make any necessary deductions.

Duties

• Assist with all aspects of remodeling a house and home improvements..
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
• Perform heavy lifting and assist in moving materials around the job site.
• Limited landscaping duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on-site.

Experience

• Experience or familiarity with construction techniques is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily responsibilities.
• Familiarity with using hand tools such as saws, drills, and hammers is preferred but not required. Again, we are willing to train the right candidate.
• A strong desire to learn from experienced carpenters and carpenter helpers and grow within the trade.

• Do you OWN a vehicle that will reliably get you to jobsites and be able to carry your own tool box /hand tools?
• Capable of working off ladders up to 30 ft. in height?
• Strong and able bodied, capable of physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds at a time at a good pace?
• Are you willing to keep in communication as needed. Even during off-hours if needed to receive information about scheduling, etc.?
• We do NOT allow smoking or vaping on our jobsites. Is that a problem for you?
