What you’ll do

You won’t be staring at a cubicle wall. Instead, you will:

• Execute: Handle everything from loading materials to operating construction equipment.
• Install: Lay the groundwork (literally) for telecommunications cabling.
• Maintain: Keep work areas safe and equipment running smoothly.
• Communicate: Stay in sync with your team and keep daily production reports accurate.
• Adapt: Perform site restoration and work through whatever the weather throws your way.

What you’ll need

• The Basics: You’re 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or solid relevant experience.
• License: Possession of a valid drivers license - if you have a CDL, that is a huge plus!
• Skills: You’ve preferably handled utility trucks and hand tools safely before.
• Grit: You’re comfortable working at heights, in crawl spaces, or in remote spots.
• Physicality: You can handle fine hand motions and the heavy lifting (up to 55 lbs) without breaking a sweat.

Physical abilities & exposures

This role is physically demanding. You’ll be bending, stooping, climbing, and occasionally using a ladder or a keyboard. If you’re ready to trade the office chair for a utility truck, we’re ready to talk.

• Routinely: work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
